Save your home from the invasion of excited children… our party facilities provide the perfect environment for children to embrace their excitement, and let loose their endless levels of energy! Unlike other facilities, parties at Heathrow Gymnastics Club are always a private hire event. Each and every party booking has private use of our party facilities.

All parties receive an allocated time slot of 1 hour for private use of the play facilities within 'Gym 1', as well a 1 hour time slot within our studio for lunch, presents and relaxed games.

All parties are supervised by our staff, however additional parent supervision is compulsory.

All Heathrow parties run to fixed, allocated time slots. To ensure all parties are able to fulfil their booked time, all guests should be collected by -15 minutes of the end of your parties time slot. This allows 15 minutes for parents to clear and tidy the studio for the following party.

Please be aware that the studio must be completely cleared and vacated by the end of your 2 hour time slot.

Please note that food and drink is to be provided by the parents, with all clearing and tidying of the studio to be completed by parents. Ample tables and chairs are available for use, along with a kitchen for basic food preparation. Please note that use of the freezer and oven is not permitted, and cutlery and crockery are not provided.

Parties are priced at £280, for up to 30 children aged 8 and under. The use of all play areas is restricted to children with a maximum height of 135cm, aged 8 and under. Please be aware that children exceeding these restrictions will not be granted access to our play areas. This rule is strictly enforced with no exceptions.

Heathrow Gymnastics Club has a zero tolerance policy for abusive or argumentative behaviour of any kind to its staff. Heathrow Gymnastics Club reserves all rights to refuse entry.
