- At Jcn 3, head for Feltham.
- Go across traffic lights, across a roundabout, and across a 2nd set of lights.
- After 100 yards, at the 3rd set of lights, turn left into Green Lane. -
The Gym will be found 300m on the right, just past the International Trading Estate.
From The M3
- Continue on A316 past Jcn 1 of M3.
- Take the 3rd exit signed Feltham A312.
- Go across traffic lights, bear right at next lights and go over bridge.
- At next lights turn right.
- At next lights also turn right into Staines Road, A315.
- At the next lights turn left into Green Lane and after 1.5 miles you will see a field on your left.
- The Gym entrance is just after this.
- Turn right out of station and after 1 mile bear left into A30 at major junction fork.
- After 1 mile, turn left at lights and at 2nd lights, turn left into Green Lane.
- The Gym will be found 300m on the right, just pass the International Trading Estate.
- The bus stops outside the Gym entrance in Green Lane.
