A two hour class for 10+  year olds on;

Thursdays at 7:30 pm.

For girls who have progressed through the Club and are performing certain advanced movements/skills

Also provides the opportunity for late developers to improve

Girls achieve advanced floor and apparatus skills

They also take part in the annual Club Display and Club Championships
