Squad 1 is Heathrow's top squad for Artistic girls.

The squad is devided into two sections, "Primaries" for 7 to 10 year olds and "Senior" for 10 years plus.

The gymnasts train 4 to 6 days per week, between 15 and 24 hours.

Primary Squad

entry into this squad is by invitation & trial, usually from our Mini Squad.

Gymnasts compete at Regional & National level

Senior Squad

entry into this squad is by invitation or trial.

Gymnasts compete in Regional National & International Levels.
