A gymnastic discipline comprising team work as pairs & trios performing Balance, Dynamic & Combined routines.
Acro Squad 1
Our highest level Acrobatic Squad, gymnasts are selected from Acro Squad 2 or our Artistic squads. They compete at Regional & National levels and take part in the Christmas display.
Training times are; Monday 6.30 - 9.30pm, Wednesday 6.00 - 9.30pm, Thursday 6.00 - 9.30pm, Saturday 10.30 - 5.00pm.

Acro Squad 2
A squad for Acrobats competing at Regional Level in NDP Levels 2,3 & 4, and National Age group 11 - 16. They also take part in the Christmas display.
Training times are; Monday 5.30-8.30pm, Wednesday 4.30-7.00pm, Thursday 5.30-8.30pm,

Acro Squad 3
A preparetary squad for acrobats working towards Prep A & B, also NDP Levels. They also take part in the Christmas display.
Training times are; Monday 6.30-8.30pm, Wednesday 4.30-7.00pm, Friday 6.00-8.30pm.
